52 Secrets is not a food blog, but self-development and life are connected to our wellness – therefore, food is awesomely important! I’ll be listing beneficial foods to combat stress and increase our happiness advantage.
Getting anything you want in life includes the cuisines of the world. The herbs, teas, coffees, wines, bitters, and all the things we dream of. Without great food, we do not have a great life. And without health, sleeping well, eating well, we delay getting the things we want.
Let me show you how to slowly add things to your diet that will increase your success, and don’t be surprised if that means weight loss, better sleep experience, and energy boosts without even trying. Again getting anything you want comes faster when you take care of your body and have a little fun.
One last mention. In my crazy busy schedule like all of you, it’s hard to keep up. I’ve decided to add recipes to my blog due to subscriber’s requests, but I ask patience and forgiveness to my writing faux pas, grammar glitches, and so on. I simply do not have the time or a sous chef on staff to review the posts or help me cook the items for pictures. I’m a one-woman show outside of my assistant who keeps me sane. So, if you find mistakes feel free to write, me, then I’ll be able to rectify it, but as well I appreciate your overlooking things that don’t matter in my quickly edited posts, yet I will do my best.
