Remember, as I mentioned throughout the course, In my experience, most successfully maintain about 50% -70% of their goals the first year. It’s normal to realize halfway in that your needs change as you learn to prioritize and what felt important initially is not later; therefore, the goals will need adjusting as well.
Continue the maintenance plan of action exercises each year and the process will become as normal as brushing your teeth. But as logical as it is with teeth so it is with habit change, brush regularly, or lose your teeth. The more you maintain the easier it is to achieve subsequent goals.
