Love Makes You Feel Invincible
Able to leap over problems, sadness, challenges, and pain, love is in so many ways invincible.
And of course what comes next; life just feels brighter, bigger, warmer, safer, and courage arises when love is near.
So, my dear friends, if love scares you, if love has hurt you, scorned you, shamed you, you’re still better off with it.
May you find that love!

Open hearts build life!
Open hearts build life. And positive feelings are one of our most precious possibilities in this life.
Love is not enough but it’s one of the most powerful and important parts of our life. Without it, we would not live. And only through love can we find the other half of what makes enough!
According to Barbara L. Fredrickson, Department of Psychology, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, positive emotions outline every possible path. Because positive emotions arise in response to diffuse opportunities, rather than narrowly-focused threats, positive emotions momentarily broaden people’s attention and thinking, enabling them to draw on higher-level connections and a wider-than-usual range of percepts or ideas. In turn, these broadened outlooks often help people to discover and build consequential personal resources.

Two are a whole world…
Research shows that time spent together with your spouse has a benefit that no other connections have.
It’s remarkable. Perhaps it’s the commitment and love it takes to risk joining another in marriage. Perhaps it’s just love unexplained, but regardless, time spent with that person is linked to fuller happiness in this life. And we all know what happiness means. It means more success in every part of your life.
Also, in older couples, time spent together protects against the daily fluctuations in perceived physical health, promoting happiness!

Love never leaves the heart
The most beautiful thing about love is that once love builds a place in the heart, it secures that place forever. If later our love is broken or changed. That place in the heart remains the first garden of love you grew.
We try as humans to close that place off or fill it with something new, but that garden where love grew can never be removed or filled with something new.
Understanding it and respecting this place is the key to true love, and the only way that a new spot in the heart will ever grow healthy love again, depends on how well your first garden of love is tended.
